The Next Move Program
One point of contact for the real estate transaction and the transition around it. Not every client needs every part — the value is that one person builds the plan.
Real Estate → Moving → Storage → Consignment / Delivery.
Why it exists
A move has too many pieces and most people do not want to manage all of them alone. Handled the ordinary way it is four companies, four schedules and one person in the middle holding it together.
This is the same work with one schedule and one person answering for it.
The shape of it
Four stages, in the order they actually happen

- Real EstatePricing, marketing, negotiation and closing.
- MovingOur own crews. Fourteen years of Utah moves.
- StorageFor the gap when closing dates do not line up.
- Consignment / DeliveryWhat is not coming with you, sold rather than skipped.
What is included
The components, stage by stage
Take all of it or take one piece. Most people take three or four.
Real Estate
Pricing, preparation, marketing, negotiation and closing — the part every agent does, planned against the move rather than separately from it.
- Home sale strategy
- Home purchase and neighborhood guidance
- Closing and moving timeline planning
Moving
Our own crews rather than a referral, which is why a date can be held rather than hoped for.
- Moving coordination
- Packing services
- Vendor coordination
Storage
For the gap between closings, for a new build that is not finished, and for the pieces nobody has decided about yet.
- Short- or long-term storage
- Furniture warehousing
Consignment / Delivery
What is not coming with you sold rather than abandoned, what nobody wants disposed of properly, and the rest carried into the new house.
- Furniture consignment
- Donation/disposal coordination
- Delivery into the new home
Nothing here is compulsory and nothing is bundled. Plenty of clients use me purely as their agent, and some use the moving crews without buying or selling anything at all.
The difference it makes
Four vendors versus one plan
The same tasks either way. What changes is who is responsible when two of them collide.
| What happens | Four separate companies | One coordinated plan |
|---|---|---|
| The closing date moves | You ring the mover, the storage facility and the cleaner individually and hope there is availability. | One call. The dates move together because they were booked as one job. |
| The house needs to look emptier for photographs | Storage is a separate decision made too late, so the surplus is still in the garage on shoot day. | The surplus leaves before the photographer arrives, because that was step three rather than an afterthought. |
| There is furniture that is not coming with you | It gets sold at a loss in the last week, or left behind. | It is consigned, donated or stored on a schedule set weeks earlier. |
| The closings do not line up | A scramble for short-term storage at short notice, at short-notice prices. | The gap was priced and planned before you ever went under contract. |
| Something goes wrong | Four companies, each pointing at another. | One person, who cannot point anywhere. |

These are businesses, not referral partners
The real estate side is my work as a REALTOR® with Keller Williams. The moving, storage and consignment sides are businesses I own and have run in Washington County since 2012 — crews, trucks, a warehouse and a consignment showroom.
That distinction matters more than it sounds. A referral gets you a phone number. Owning the operation means I can commit to a date, sequence two jobs against each other, and be the person who is accountable when something slips — because there is nobody else to hand it to.
It also means the advice is not free of interest, and you should know that. Nothing here is compulsory, nothing is bundled into the listing agreement, and if another mover suits you better I would rather you used them than felt boxed in.
Questions about the programme
Do I have to use all of it?
No. It is a menu, not a package. The commonest combination is the real estate plus the move; the second commonest adds storage for the gap between closings.
Can I use the moving side without buying or selling a house?
Yes. The moving business predates the real estate work by years and takes ordinary moving jobs from people who are not buying or selling anything.
What does it cost?
No two moves inside this valley cost the same. Tell me what yours involves and I'll put a plan and a number in front of you.
Real estate commissions are negotiable and agreed with the brokerage rather than published on a website. Moving, storage and consignment are quoted on the job, because a two-bedroom condo on the flat and a four-bedroom home up an elevated driveway are not the same work.
Is the moving quote tied to the listing agreement?
No. They are separate agreements with separate terms and you can sign one without the other.
What if my move is out of state?
Long-distance moves are part of what the moving business does. The real estate side of it stops at the Utah state line, so if you are buying at the other end you will want an agent there — and I would rather introduce you to a good one than pretend otherwise.
Which areas does this cover?
This site covers the St. George metro: St. George, Washington City, Santa Clara, Ivins and the communities inside them. For the rest of Southern Utah, see stgeorgeutahhomesforsale.com.
Tell me what your next move looks like.
I will come back with the plan, the order, and which parts you actually need.
